Digital Library

The Digital Library having 60 Computer Systems connected to campus LAN and allows browsing the Internet.  The Library having IEEE  membership, which allows online access to these societies. And also membership in Development Library Network (DELNET), through this we can access specialized bibliographic database of books, serials and non-book materials. And also browse the Biotechnology electronic journals. The Digital Library holding 631 general educational CDs and 245 SONET CDs .

CD/DVD Server

A Cyber Storage system PROCOM CD-Server with facility of 520 GB Hard Disk to capture digital data from the CD/DVD's which can access through  campus-wide LAN. It comprises various lecture CD's from IIT's and SONET. Apart from these we can access Previous Question papers and Syallabus.

DELNET  - Developing Library Network

DELNET has been established with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries through the development of a network of libraries. It aims to collect, store, and disseminate information besides offering computerised services to users, to coordinate efforts for suitable collection development and also to reduce unnecessary duplication wherever possible

Delnet allows you to access the abstract of very popular engineering journals of  ACM, ASCE,   ASME, IEEE and others.

ILL & Documet Delivery Service

DELNET is offering inter-Library loan & Document Delivery Services to its Member Libraries. ILL requests can be registered online for books and Journal articles. For the resources not available in the union catalogues and journal articles, requests can be sent to DELNET through E-mail.The services are quite popular among the member-libraries.

DOAJ is a free web site for Open Access Journals. It covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. It covers all subjects and languages. There are 1333 journals are available in this site now. Currently 328 journals are searchable on article level. As of today, 60819 articles can be searchable.
