Dr. B. V. Appa Rao

Dr. B. V. AppaRao, Professor & Head in the Dept. of Mathematics, is a prolific researcher. He has 26 years of experience in teaching under graduate and post graduate students in engineering and sciences. He obtained his M.Sc., M. Phil. and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from AcharyaNagarjuna University. He has 37 research publications in Scopus , Web of Science and SCI indexed journals in the area of Dynamical systems on time scales and Boundary value problems . Two scholars received Ph.D under his able guidance and four have been pursuing under him. He organized two National conferences and one workshop as a convener. He is areviewer for Mathematical Reviews in American Mathematical society. He is a life member in Indian Mathematical Society. He hasparticipated in QIP in IIT’s. He presented research papers in international conferences.He has good interpersonal relationship with his with staff, parents and students. He ensures excellent outcomes in Mathematics in a collaborative work environment.
