Dr. K. HemaDivya MBA,Mphil,PHD is Head of the Department having 10 years of experience academic and 5 years of research Experience in Business Administration. She is an Associate Professor specialized in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Analytics in KLBusinessSchool . Added to her credit she cleared UGC NET and published 11 Scopus Indexed papers and 10 papers in UGC care Indexed journals. She has organized various Faculty development programmes and Workshops in area of Finance and also attended various national and international conferences. She also obtained patentfrom Govt of India Intellectual property rights in 2021.
She is also a member of World economic Association and International society of Research and Development. She is a reviewer for various international Journals. One PHD is also awarded under her guidance in the area of Finance in the year 2021. She has also published one textbook titled “Determinants of Equity share prices of companies listed in Sensex”.
She believes in Teamwork, Values, Ethics, values and professionalism which paves ways for the Sustainable growth of any organization. He says that KL Business School has such deep foundation laid by the visionary leader Shri Koneru Satyanarayana.
