Department of Civil Engineering

About the Department

The department of Civil Engineering was established in the year 1980. The department has grown by leaps and bounds along with its parent institution, and turned out 25 batches of competent Civil Engineers. The booming Indian economy has seen hectic activity in the infrastructure sector. As more and more structures rise against the sky in a short span of time, the demand for Civil Engineers too has been on the rise. The department of Civil Engineering in K L University pulls out all stops to create outstanding Engineers with advanced teaching techniques and learning aids for under graduate students. Students are not only made experts in technical aspects but also in interpersonal skills, a vital ingredient for them to excel in the fast paced world. The department has 1 4 faculty members with vast experience in academics, industry / R&D organizations.
