Erwin Data Modeling Workshop.

• CSE Department will be conducting a one day workshop & training on CA-Erwin Data Modeling tool to all II/IV B.Tech students of School of Computing on 20-03-2010 in Peacock Hall, KL University.

Objective:

• The workshop on Erwin - DM tool enables the students to design and develop quality databases for any application.

Schedule:

• 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM: Talk on "Building Software Products" by Dr. Sekhar Muddana, VP of Research, CA Labs, CA
• 10:30 AM to 1 PM: Introduction to Erwin and Erwin hands on workshop by Kala Satyanarayana, Senior Director, Recovery and Data Modeling Business Unit, CA.
• 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: LUNCH
• 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM: Continuation of Erwin hands on workshop by Erwin team, CA.

Note: The students should come with Laptops with Erwin - DM Tool installed. The tool can be downloaded from the link www.ca.com/erwin/community and follow the instructions to register and download the product.
