She Delivered a Guest Lecture on recent changes in Banking services and operations. She says that banking sector now at transformation stage due to high level of competition .She anticipated that mergers and acquisitions are needed to face tough competition and improve efficiency in the banking sector. Now all commercial banks especially SBI offers many financial products under the one roof to satisfy customer needs .Now financial inclusion has become a buzz word to expand banking operations in rural areas.
