    1. There is no entry fee and the competition is open for all age groups.
    2. Videos and photos should be uploaded in landscape mode with MP4 format in our Facebook & Instagram platform and describe four lines about the dishes.
    3. Participant should cook by himself/herself.
    4. Everything on the plate must be edible.
    5. The participant can choose any one main course and any choice of accompaniment, from the mentioned table in the bottom.
    6. The Recipe should be recorded in the following steps.
    Shoot all the ingredients with measurements.
    Participant is expected to voice the recording.
    Explain the method of preparation.
    The video time limit should be 6 to 10 minutes for both dishes

7. Registration and uploading of videos close at 11.00 am on 15th Oct 2020

8. One of the criteria for points allocation will be on the maximum number of views, shares,likes and others include the presentation of the dish, explanation etc.
