KL builds Bridge between students and the Vibrant Entrepreneurial Community
Entrepreneurs are crucial to market economies because they can drive the nation's economic growth. They encourage new employment by developing new products and services, which naturally accelerates economic development.
The Department of Computer Science and Applications, in association with ACIC of KL, Deemed to be University organized a two-day event, the Hidden Entrepreneur, for the students of BCA and MCA between 29th and 30th September 2022. The event brought together innovation-driven students and seasoned entrepreneurs and aimed towards providing the students with an advanced understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and its members.
Keynote speakers of the event
Dr. M K Kowshik Garu, Director of Innovation BVRIT, shared his views about the statistics of innovation and entrepreneurship in India.
Mr. Raghuram Magaluri Garu, Chairman of Bhoomi Organics, shares his success story as an entrepreneur and the importance of the organic industry and global warming.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Garu, CEO of Gate 60, who developed a physical calculator used in the GATE exam nation that is helpful for students, spoke about the entrepreneurship culture in India.
Dr. MC Das Garu, Professor Emirates, gave a lecture on Academy Achievement, Human Excellence, about the human values and ethics used in this lifetime.
The organizers of the event were Dr. K Subramanyam Garu, Principal Vara College of Sciences, Dr. Bhagwan Garu, Head of the Department, and Dr. M N V Kiran Babu Garu, Deputy HOD, and other committee members.
Talking on the occasion, Dr. G. Pardha Saradhi Varma, Vice Chancellor, KL Deemed-to-be University, said that the event was a perfect blend of brainstorming and enthralling moments where students got to network with entrepreneurs who changed the world with their innovative ideas. The students' not only learned about the successes and failures of prosperous entrepreneurs but also got inspired to think creatively and start their own entrepreneurial journeys.
