KL Deemed to be University marks its Presence in Bihar and Odisha: Inspires Students towards Career Advancement
Right after the 12th class, many students face the dilemma of choosing the best career path for their future. At times, deciding on the ideal course for graduation seems impossible. Knowing what possibilities are available to them and the best-suited course that suits their interests is the first step in choosing the correct path after high school.
Considering the dilemma of the students, KL Deemed to be University participated in an education fair, Margadarshika 2022, to help students of Odisha resolve their confusion related to their career progress. The objective was to provide a platform for the student community to reduce the communication gap between institutions and young aspirants. Margadarshika is an excellent platform for high school students to know the Universities/Colleges in India and offer an opportunity for educational institutions to support the student's future development. The education fair was organized by DAV Public School Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
Margadarshika 2022 saw a generous footfall of students and parents who came to enquire about the prospects of studying engineering. They also got a chance to meet the university representatives. Some of the topics explored by the visitors were discussion of future job prospects, program selection, the application process, campus life, placements, and information about the scholarship, education loans, opportunities, and more. Around 1000 parents and students attended the event.
Simultaneously, Career counseling sessions were organized by officials of the University at various locations in Patna. Mr. B Harilal, the Zonal Head, Uttar Pradesh, KL Deemed to be University delivered inspiring sessions at excellent coachings Partliputra, and shared information about the latest pedagogical practices, skill development programs, recruitment/ placements, training, paid internship opportunities in reputed companies, and research facilities, and activities organized in reputed universities like KL Deemed to be University.
Students were given insights about the latest developments in engineering education and the adoption of new approaches, which are in line with the requirements of corporate and software companies. Information about the job options for various engineering courses was also discussed with the students, which created a wave of enthusiasm among them. Around 500 students took an active part in the counseling session.
