KL Ingenious Contributions toward Education Garners Accolades
Times Business Awards honor the Best and the Brightest in the Business World
Yet again, the persistent commitment towards innovation and educational excellence of KL Deemed to be University has been recognized. The University was bestowed with Times Business Award 2022 under the theme Innovation in Education through Social Responsibility in a glittery ceremony recently. Honorable Secretary of KLEF, Smt. Kanchana Latha gracefully received the award from Bollywood actress Hansika Motwani.
The Times Business Award is an initiative of Optimal Media Solutions, a division of Times Internet Limited, to recognize outstanding business executives from beyond the Delhi-NCR region who have made significant contributions to society and the Indian economy during the past year. It is a great platform to recognize and reward the most deserving business titans, brilliant entrepreneurs, and accomplished individuals from different fields.
The premier Felicitation ceremony was held on September 16th, 2022, in Vijayawada. A distinguished group of winners from various categories, including Corporate, Retail, Fashion, Education, Health, Art, Literature, Humanitarian work, and other eminent personalities, attended the event. A research survey was conducted, by an independent research organization called i3rc insights Pvt. Ltd., using the scientific methodology to arrive at the final winner's list and determine the successful individuals and businesses.
Complimenting the students and the staff, Vice-Chancellor Dr. G. Pardha Saradhi Varma, KL Deemed to be University, said that this award is the testimony of all the hard work and commitment of our people, who are constantly in tune with the latest industry practices. The research and innovation at the KL Deemed to be University are intertwined with education and seek to foster synergy for the betterment of society. Our globally-relevant curricula and prestigious and high-impact global partners offer a plethora of opportunities, mentorship, and certification programs that expose students to different areas of intellectual excellence to shape their future with the aid of 21st-century technologies.
The University is assiduous towards implementing new educational models and constantly reinventing itself to adapt to the latest methodologies, focusing on igniting the innovative spirit among the students. In its endeavor to discover the hidden talents in students, the University has been always proactive in seeking out all the opportunities to engage and empower the next-gen technocrats to gain the competence and leadership skills to serve the nation and human society.
Some of the recent achievements include positioning of the University in the Top 10 performing institutions category in India at the AICTE - EduSkills Virtual Internships 2nd Cohort (March-May 2022). The University stood 1st in Andhra Pradesh and 27th among all Indian universities in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking 2022.
