Areas of research:

The Department has been conducting focused research in fields of RF & Microwave, VLSI, MEMS, Signal Processing, Internet of Things (IOT), embedded systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine learning (ML) etc.

Funded projects:

The Department has forty two (42) sponsored research projects from DST, DLRL, ISRO, DEAL, AICTE and other funding agencies Sponsored projects worth of 1106.36 Lakhs.

Paper publications:

The Department publishes key findings, in collaboration with internationally renowned researchers working in similar areas, in reputed Research Journals and selected International Conferences.

The faculty have published 2500+ Publications in SCI and Scopus Indexed Journals & Conferences include IEEE transactions, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor, PIER etc.

The department also conducts National & International Conferences at regular intervals in association with professional societies like IEEE, Springer etc.

Extra-curricular activities: Various co-curricular activities are held through PULSE, Women in Engineering (WIE-IEEE) and Helping Hands, among others.
