







KLGLUG, which stands for KL University GNU/Linux User Group, is a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts and open-source advocates at KL University. Founded under the guidance of @swechaap, an organization promoting Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in education, KLGLUG is committed to creating a technology and knowledge commons for students on campus. Their main objective is to bridge the digital divide and promote a culture of collaborative learning and open sharing.
Being part of KLUGLUG has been an amazing experience. It gave me the chance to explore Linux and open-source technologies, work on impactful projects, and tackle real-world challenges while learning from a supportive community

The support from GLUG Alumni Mentors and peers has enabled me to contribute to projects and activities. It’s a great space to learn, explore new technologies, and work together for a better society.
