Choice Based Credit System:

The Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) empowers students to tailor their academic journey by offering flexibility in selecting courses based on their interests and career aspirations. Under CBCS, each course is assigned credits, and students can choose from core, elective, and skill-based subjects, fostering interdisciplinary learning. This system promotes a student-centric approach, allowing learners to progress at their own pace while enhancing their skills and employability. CBCS also incorporates a standardized grading system, ensuring transparency and comparability of academic performance. Additionally, the system facilitates credit transfer between institutions, enabling seamless mobility for students. By encouraging holistic development and aligning with global education standards, CBCS prepares students for both professional and personal growth.
