Teaching Workshop

At KLEF, Teachers training programme is a continuous process. In-house training programmes are conducted by using the expertise available in the KLEF as well as experts from outside. Irrespective of the designation, qualification and experience all faculty members of the KLEF will undergo these training programmes. Realizing the fact that language plays a very important role in teaching and communication, language workshops are also conducted for the members of the faculty.

In teaching workshops, a series of lectures on different topics related to teaching such as Time Management, Personal Effectiveness, Humor in Teaching, Learning skills and Effective Teaching, Soft Skills in Teaching etc will be organized by soft skill trainers in the KLEF.

Later all the participants will be divided into different groups. Maximum number of faculty members in each group will be between 12-15. Each group is headed by two senior professors and a professor from soft skills background.

All the participants will be asked to make a presentation on the black board and using power point presentation separately. Based on the presentation, corrective measures are suggested by the experts. Based on the suggestions given, participants will be asked to make the 2nd presentation on black board and using power point presentation.
