KLEF Deemed to be University (Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, KLEF), a Category I University, is located in a picturesque and lush green 100-acre campus located in Vaddeswaram, Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh.
KLEF Deemed to be University offers academic programs at UG, PG, doctoral and post- doctoral, which are industry focused, and incorporates trans-discipline, inter- discipline aspects of the education system with a strong emphasis on the effective usage of ICT and web resources to train the faculty on the latest advancements to develop effective e-content.

The scope of Dean – Skill Development can be classified into the following spectrum of activities. The Dean – Skill Development is to implement and to provide the required planning directions for the current ongoing skilling activities and to explore the new and future skilling at KLEF for the benefit of students, scholars, faculty, and non-teaching staff.
