Head of the Department-CSE(Honors)

Dr. A. Senthil, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, is heading the department of Computer Science and Engineering (Honors).He has 24 years of experience as an academician and administrator. He has done B.E., M.Tech and PhD in CSE. His primary research area is related to Cellular Automata, Computational Epidemiology and the Internet of Things. He has published more than 30 papers in reputed international journals and proceedings of International conferences. He was awarded with “Vishisht ShikshakPuraskar” by SGI in 2007. He is a Program Evaluator/Commissioner in the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) -ABET, United States of America. He has authored two books and three patents published. He consistently strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment where students become life-long scholars and learners.
