Submission Guidelines

  • Experimental investigation with specific conclusions
  • Original contribution, not published earlier
  • Plagiarism should be less than 10% (Turnitin)
  • Maximum authors: 4
  • At least one author must register to present

Format: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 spacing. Margins: Left 1.5", others 1.0". Abstract 11pt Italic.

Publication Policy

All accepted and presented papers in the conference will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings / journals, subject to the policies of the respective publishers.

Important Note:
  • Acceptance in the conference is only for presentation purposes.
  • After the conference, papers will be recommended to author-preferred journals / book chapters / conference proceedings.
  • The final acceptance for publication will be decided by the respective journal or publisher after their standard review process.
  • Article Processing Charges (APC) or publication fees are separate and must be paid directly by the authors to the respective journal/publisher.
  • The conference registration fee covers only participation/presentation, and does not include publication charges.

Important Note

All Authors are acknowledged that we have some journals associated with conference, which charge publication fee. So if paper is accepted in those Journals authors will be requested to pay publication fee.

If paper accepted in Journal which has no fee so authors will get free of cost online publication.

Journal Publication Process

All papers of the conference will also be reviewed jointly by ICEQCIIS-2026 Review Panel and respective Journals reviewing teams.

All the selected authors will be offered for publication in Scopus indexed associated journals subject to the compliance with journals guidelines, terms and conditions.

The associated journals will publish the selected articles in their special / regular issues dedicated for this conference.

Proceeding Publication

All papers / abstracts accepted for presentation in this conference will be Blind Peer Reviewed and will be published in the conference proceeding with an ISBN in a Soft Form.
