Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration is encouraged. Authors are advised to complete registration within the stipulated early bird deadline to avail applicable benefits.
The Early Bird Registration deadline is 16th March 2026. Early Bird registrants can avail a discount of ₹500 on the regular registration fee

Participation & Policy

Offline Participation

Physical presence required at venue.

Oral Presentations

Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.

Online Participation

Virtual access details provided prior to event.

Virtual Presentations

Video recordings (.avi, .mp4, and .flv) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Skype. Thus, the audiences will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation.

Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • On/Before Early Bird: Eligible for refund (minus admin charges)
  • After Early Bird: Partial refund possible (subject to deductions)
  • After Final Deadline: No refunds provided

Registration Confirmation

Payment confirmation will be given after getting the full payment proof at the official mail ID of Conference within 2 working days.

All authors and listeners must take the final schedule and venue details before starting the journey to the conference.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

Maximum poster size: 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.).

You must provide your own printout of the poster itself.

Please set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session.

One of the paper authors or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session.

Posters will be on display in the conference room.
