Dr. P. Satyanarayana
Professor & Head, Department of Internet of Things

Dr. P. Satyanarayana, Professor and Head of the Department of IoT, has24 years of teaching experience and holds a Ph.D. from JNUK, and M.Tech from JNTU, and a B.Tech from KLCE, Nagarjuna University.

His academic and research expertise spans IoT, Embedded Systems, AI, and Smart Technologies. He has contributed extensively to research with over 50 publications and more than 4 patents, and has guided 5 Ph.D. scholars while currently supervising 5 additional Ph.D. students.

He has also guided and implemented several real-time IoT and AI projects across healthcare, smart cities, automation, and assistive systems.

Dr. Satyanarayana has undergone notable professional training, including Wipro Mission10X Embedded Training, CDAC FDPs, and QNX training organized by BlackBerry, and holds several global certifications and NPTEL certifications, along with regular participation in NEP-aligned workshops and national FDPs. Known for his leadership in curriculum development, industry collaboration, and fostering an innovation-driven environment, he has received multiple Best Teacher Awards for his outstanding contributions to academics and research.
