Dr. Abhijit Santra is currently serving as Deputy HoD and Assistant Professor in the Department of Arts at KLEF (Deemed to be University), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He has been actively involved in teaching Geography to undergraduate students and handling key academic and administrative responsibilities, including serving as department Professor Academic In-charge. Obtained his Ph.D. in Geography from Tripura University (A Central University), with research focused on Land Use Dynamics and Urban Geography. With a strong academic background and interdisciplinary expertise, his areas of specialization include urban geography, remote sensing, GIS, and spatial analysis.

Dr. Santra has several research publications in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes. His work primarily focuses on urban development, environmental sustainability, and geospatial applications. With his combined experience in teaching, research and administration, Dr. Santra contributes significantly to the growth and academic excellence of the department and the institution.
