Dr. K. Anil Kumar working presently as HoD, Department of Arts and Assistant Professor, Department of Arts, KLEF (Deemed to be University), Guntur. Obtained his Ph.D. in Politics and Public Administration from Andhra University in 2011 and received the Sri Gangi Reddy Best Thesis Award for Social Sciences for the same year. He was subsequently awarded the esteemed Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, as an acknowledgement of his academic achievement and research potential.

Dr. K.A. Kumar is a Master of Public Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna University, graduating in First Class with a Gold Medal (Dr. D. Ramanaidu Gold Medal) for academic excellence.

An ardent researcher, he has authored more than a dozen research papers in reputed journals and has actively attended numerous national as well as international conferences. Academic activities have also offered him global exposure, with participation in conferences and seminars in Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Malaysia.

Besides teaching and research, Dr. Kumar has also helped with academic administration in the capacity of Deputy HoD and Alternate HoD of the Department of Arts. With his combination of scholarship, leadership, and global exposure, he continues to make valuable contributions to teaching, research, and institutional growth at KLEF.
