The Department of Basic Engineering Sciences - 1 is devoted to foster the fundamental principles and understanding of engineering sciences that are capable of enhancing the engineering experience. The academic programs of this department are designed and organized to meet the requirements of fast-growing Science and Technology. The department is offering engineering science courses like Computational Thinking for structured Design, Computational Thinking for Object Oriented Design, Data Structures, and Object oriented programming system. The Basic Engineering Sciences - 1 department is involved in preparing the I year B.Tech. students in engineering science courses, which will be helpful to make strong foundation for future technocrats. The department has well-equipped laboratories to meet the academic and research requirements.
