M.Tech

  • B Tech with 55% marks in the corresponding discipline of Engineering / Technology.
    • For M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering programme, any M.Sc., or B.Tech. in any Branch of Engineering are eligible .
    • For M.Tech. Bio-Technology, a pass with 55% marks in B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engg./Leather Technology/Bio-Tech./Industrial Bio-Tech./Bio-Chemical Engg./Bio-Informatics) or B.Pharm. or M.Sc.(Ag.)/M.V.Sc./M.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences.
  • Should have secured a rank in GATE / PGCET / KL University Entrance Examination & Interview.

MBA / MCA

  • Bachelor Degree with 55% marks in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern.
    • For MCA, Mathematics is compulsory at +2 or Undergraduate level.
  • Should have secured rank in ICET / MAT / CAT / KL University Entrance Examination & Interview.

Allotment of Seats M.Tech Programme

KL University allots the seats on the following criteria basing on merit among the applications received.

  • 75% Seats will be allotted based on the rank obtained in GATE / PGECET, KL University Counseling & Interview .

  • 25% Seats will be allotted to NRI / NRI Sponsored candidates / Other State candidates / Local candidates based on the performance in the Online test & Interview conducted at KL University campus.

Allotment of Seats MBA Programme

KL University allots the seats on the following criteria basing on merit among the applications received.

  • 30% seats will be allotted based on the rank in ICET, KL University Counseling & Interview.

  • 30% seats will be allotted based on the rank in MAT, KL University Counseling & Interview.

  • 15% seats will be allotted based on the rank in CAT, KL University Counseling & Interview.

  • 25% Seats will be allotted to NRI / NRI Sponsored candidates / Other State candidates / Local candidates based on the performance in the Online test & Interview conducted at KL University campus.

Allotment of Seats MCA Programme

KL University allots the seats on the following criteria basing on merit among the applications received.

  • 100% Seats will be allotted based on the rank obtained in ICET, KL University Counseling & Interview .

* Education loan facility is available for tuition fee from Nationalized Banks subject to Bank norms.

* KL University reserves the right to alter any of the above norms.
