B.Tech. Programme/5 Year Integrated Dual Degree Programme:

Admissions will be made for B.Tech Programme by following the criteria of Category A and Category B.

Category A

Under category A, candidates have to be successful in KLU EEE (KL University Engineering Entrance Examination), AIEEE, IIT JEE and State Level Engineering Entrance Exams across India including EAMCET.

The syllabus and model of KLU EEE Examination will be in line with EAMCET 2010 conducted by AP State Government.

Eligibility:

  • A Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% and above in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Bi.P.C students are also eligible for B.Tech (Bio Technology) Course.

Allotment of Seats:

KL University allots the seats on the following criteria basing on merit among the applications received.

  • 43% seats will be allotted based on the rank obtained in KLU EEE, Counseling and Interview.
  • 15% seats will be allotted to the rankers in AIEEE, Counseling and Interview.
  • 15% seats will be allotted to the rank holders of IIT JEE and State Level Engineering Entrance Examinations across India including EAMCET.
  • 2% seats will be allotted for NCC, Sports and Fine Arts, competency certificate holders.
  • KLU EEE will be conducted on the lines of EAMCET of A.P. Government, at various locations as given in the UG Application form.
  • Students can apply as soon as they receive Hall tickets of AIEEE / IIT JEE / State Level Engineering Entrance Examinations across India including EAMCET for Admission.
  • KL University will collect the ranks from the respective websites and call for KL University admission Counseling & Interview.
