ABSTRACT

The communication between a Tag and Mobile Device has to be established using wireless communication standards like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. As the communication medium is wireless, there is a scope for the attacker to perform various attacks on the communication between a Tag and Mobile Device. The authors of this paper have focused on implementing an intelligent mechanism to sense whether there is any possibility for attacking the communication between a Tag and Mobile Device and activate appropriate counter-measures against that attacks. To implement this proposed sensing and counter attacking mechanisms, software architecture has been proposed and the same is used for development of the software. Software has been developed and implemented and the intelligence built has been tested by setting-up the experimental models. The experimental results have also been presented in this paper
