Dear Students,The department of Computer Science & Engineering through its Student Body - FOCUS (Forum of Computer Upcoming Scholars) promptly comes forward to address the grievances of all its students on a regular basis.

Students are strongly advised to voice out their grievances. To help them in this regard, two varied mechanisms are devised.

1)Online: Using this online form open 24×7 one can state their grievances classified into different categories.

2)Offline: A Grievance Box is placed outside of the 3rd floor CSE office. Students can get a printed GRIEVANCE FORM from the CSE office, fill the same and submit in the box.

The grievances you post online will be checked everyday for consideration while the offline paper based grievances may take longer (verified twice every month).

Rules To Be Followed:

1. Write the Grievance Form with a constructive mindset and ensure the grievance is elaborated clearly in English.
2. Be Genuine about your Grievance.
3. Improper and incomplete Grievance forms will be discarded.
4. Submission of Multiple Grievance Forms is allowed. Students can use the same form in different occasions to report different grievances.
