Dr. K. Hema Divya is a distinguished academician and an inspiring leader, currently serving as the Head of the MBA Department at K L Business School. She holds an MBA, M.Phil, CS (Intermediate), and a Ph.D. in Management , showcasing her strong academic foundation and expertise in the field.

With an impressive research portfolio, Dr. Hema Divya has an h-index of 8 and an i10- index of 9, reflecting her impactful contributions to academia. She has published 30 research articles in reputed national and international journals, authored a book, and contributed several chapters to academic and industry-focused publications.

Dr. Hema Divya has successfully executed a short-term empirical project funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and has actively participated in consultancy projects, demonstrating her ability to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications. She has guided two Ph.D. scholars to successful completion and is currently supervising two more doctoral candidates, fostering high-quality research in the field of management.

Her professional qualifications are further enhanced by certifications such as the SAP HANA FI Global Certification, which she completed in 2022, and the Bloomberg Financial Markets Certification, earned in 2024 from IIM Bangalore.
