About Research Center:

The Applied Signal Processing Research Center (ASPRC) focuses on cutting-edge research in signal processing for defense, underwater communication, and satellite technology. Key projects include sonar signal processing, target tracking, and submarine communication systems. Advanced algorithms for Bearings-Only Tracking (BOT) and Kalman filters for trajectory estimation are among its major contributions. The lab collaborates with organizations like DRDO and NSTL, conducting sponsored projects in motion analysis and seismic signal processing. Equipped with high-speed computing systems and simulation tools, the center supports real-time data modeling and algorithm development. Faculty and students actively publish in top-tier journals and present at international conferences. Training programs provide practical exposure to signal processing technologies. ASPRC's mission is to advance signal processing methodologies and develop solutions for real-world challenges in data-intensive domains.
