About Research Center:

The VLSI & MEMS Research Lab specializes in nanoscale device modeling and MEMS-based sensor development. Research areas include FinFETs, MEMS accelerometers, biosensors, and RF-MEMS devices. The lab is equipped with advanced tools like COMSOL Multiphysics, Intellisuite, and MATLAB for simulation and design. Sponsored projects include wearable sensors for Parkinson’s disease and MEMS-based biosensors for cholera detection. The lab fosters interdisciplinary research, publishing extensively in international journals. Workshops and FDPs on semiconductor devices and IoT applications are regularly conducted. Its mission is to drive innovation in VLSI design and MEMS technology for healthcare and industrial applications. Collaborative projects with global partners enhance its research outcomes.
