Dr. Ashish A. Kadam is an accomplished academic and packaging professional with 13+ years of experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and industry collaboration.

He holds a Ph.D. in Packaging Science from the University of Burgundy, France, and an M.S. in Packaging Science from Michigan State University, USA.

His expertise includes food and pharmaceutical packaging, product–package interactions, shelf-life, packaging materials, migration and sorption, and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

His industry experience with AstraZeneca and Sandoz (Novartis) strengthens his expertise in translating packaging research into practical applications.

As HOD, he contributes to academic development, research, student mentoring, curriculum innovation, and industry–academia collaboration.
