4. Smt.T.Anuradha, Assoc. Professor, Dept. of ECM received " Active participation –Woman Member award" at Computer Society of India Awards 2013-2014 on 12th December, 2014 at JNTU,Hyderabad, Kukatpally campus.
This award was given in recognition of her significant contribution to the CSI KONERU CHAPTER activities for the academic year 2013-14. CSI awards committee chairman Prof S.V.Ragavan, CSI President Mr.H R.Mohan, headed the Awards Ceremony.
5. Dr. J.K.R.Sastry received his Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTUH on 24/01/2015 for his thesis entitled "Enhancing Intelligence and Security of Tagging Warehouses"
6. DR J.V.N Ramesh authored a book entitled "Programming with C", published by Golden Era Press in January 2014.
7. Dr. Duvvuri B K Kamesh received his Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering from Shri Venkateshwara University ,Gajraula on 21/02/2015 for his thesis entitled "Comprehensive testing of embedded Systems through refined clean room software engineering methodology ".
8. Smt.T.Anuradha, Associate Professor received Ph.D Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University on 23rd April 2015.
Industrial Visits
• II/IV B.Tech Students of Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering visited DR.Narla Tata Rao Thermal Power Station ,Ibrahimpatnam as a part of industrial visit on 02nd March 2015.
Student Projects/models/research
III/IV-B-Tech students of ECM Department exhibited their mini project work – "SOLATY" in SAMYAK-2015. The Students converted a electric scooty that runs on electrical power in to a SOLATY which runs on solar power. Solar energy is converted in to Electrical energy to make the scooty run. The maximum voltage is 48 volts. They used solar panel having voltage range 38volts. The battery is fully charged with 3 hours.
