An electronic health records system has the potential to offer benefits to consumers, particularly those with chronic conditions. For example, a complete current medication record will be readily available for a consumer and their health provider. Safety and quality in relation to medications prescribed will be improved, and medical histories will not have to be repeated with every visit to a medical practitioner. There have also been a number of concerns raised by consumers, including informed consumer participation; consumers' access to their own personal information and control over who can access it; and effective and accountable operation and governance of the system.

In this busy world men and women are equally busy working in various industries. These people generally have no time to eat and most of the time skips breakfast, lunch and dinner. In order to solve this problem, we would like to introduce an online restaurant system. This application is very useful to the present society and it provides every service that a hotel or a restaurant does in the real world like booking a room, home delivery, booking a table, catering service, booking a banquet hall etc. Also this application serves better for women employment with its special feature of posting your own home made traditional dishes and deliver it within your own city or locality.
