Dr. Sreenivasa Rao Devireddy is an accomplished academician and researcher with 18 years of teaching experience in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in RF and Microwave Engineering from K L Deemed to be University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2021. He completed his M.Tech. in Communication and Signal Processing from Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur, India, in 2010, and his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, India, in 2007.

Currently, he is serving as Deputy Head of the Department and Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at KLEF (Deemed to be University), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a registered member of the Communication Systems Research Group (CSRG) and is actively involved in research and the supervision of doctoral scholars at the University.

His teaching and academic interests span both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, particularly in the areas of Communication and Signal Processing. His major teaching interests include Analog and Digital Communication, Digital Signal Processing, Microwave Engineering, Radar Systems, and Internet of Things (IoT).

Dr. Sreenivasa Rao Devireddy is a professional member of IEEE. He has published several research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences and has also contributed to technological innovation through patents.

In recognition of his contributions to teaching and academic excellence, he has been honoured with the “Best Teacher Award” at KLEF (Deemed to be University) for the academic years 2023–2024 and 2024–2025.
