KLU has dedicated faculty members committed to helping students pursue their path of learning. Approximately 5,000 + undergraduate students attend KL-ECE. To improvise interaction between student and faculty, 15-to-1 student-to-faculty ratio is maintained.

KLU-ECE offers four undergraduate degrees, each degree is designed to achieve balance between depth of knowledge acquired through specialization and breadth of knowledge gained through exploration. Our School of Computer Science and Engineering is equipped with Industry Integrated Curriculum with various categories of courses. Emphasize on Basic Sciences and Engineering Sciences in First year, Core Courses in Second Year, Professional Electives in Third Year and Open Electives, Projects and Internships in Final Year. All these courses are introduced with the approval of BoS and as per the Bloom Taxonomy Levels. Teaching Learning Process focuses on 60% Hands-on (Practical) and 40% on Theory. Focus on Logic Building from First Year through Coding Challenges viz. Hackerrank, Hackerearth, codechef etc. In every academic year, 1000+ students have been enrolling into the Practice School/Internship in reputed multi-national companies to cope-up with industry connects. Each Course is designed with the combination of Lecture, Tutorial, Practical and Skilling Components. The Student has to acquire around 150 + credits as a part of degree requirements. Pedagogy includes Peer Learning, Flipped Learning, Blended Learning which includes Skilling by Industry Experts on Campus, Campus Connect & Industry Readiness Program through Service Now, Pega,Wipro (TalentNext), Salesforce, EPAM, UI Path ,CISCO , Google ,RPA etc., Lab Taken to Class (LTC), Project Based Labs, 20% of credits through MOOCs (edX,Coursera, Simplilearn,Linkedin Learning,SWAYAM/NPTEL).Other unique practices include Hackathons as a part of Course Evaluation, Global Certifications and One Year Full Internship.
