Invitation for 2-day national workshop on "Eco-Friendly Structural Innovations for Sustainable Development"

National Institute of Technology Warangal is organizing a 2-day National Workshop on ?Eco-Friendly Structural Innovations for Sustainable Development? during 18th ? 19th July, 2014. The theme of the workshop is ?to support research in the investigations of the scientific and technological characteristics of bamboo and other natural materials for their effective use and applications in order to augment sustainable livelihoods for the rural poor?. It is an interdisciplinary workshop and researchers from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Bio-technology, Chemistry and Physics would participate to share their knowledge and experience on eco-friendly structural innovations using bamboo and other natural materials for sustainable development.
