K L Deemed to be University and IBSN Inc., USA signed MoU for Campus Recruitment of 500 B. Com (hon’s.) & MBA Finance students
Jollin Britto, Senior Vice President IBSN Inc, is a leading expatriate Tax Planning consulting firm in US has signed MoU with K L Deemed to be University for recruiting 500 students of B. Com (hon's.) and MBA (Finance) students every year. As part of alliance IBSN in association with K L Deemed to be University will offer a customized learning program for 4 years on US Taxation (B Com - US Taxation), in which every academic year will comprise of 8 months theoretical learning and 4 months of practical internship. During practical internship, the students shall be paid a impressive stipend of Rs. 10000/- every month.
Through this industry-academia-initiative collaborative program, IBSN may also able to make employment offer to qualifying students undertaking this program on successful completion of the same. IBSN has the potential to recruit approx 1000 professionals per annum through this program.
This arrangement may be extended to other domain areas such as UK Taxation etc. in future. IBSN would contribute in terms of designing US Taxation content and curriculum for this program, which would be integrated with K L Deemed to be University's programs to provide a comprehensive curriculum to students/learners desirous of joining this field and would enable them to earn a degree with a specialization in US Taxation and become Certified Tax Professionals (CTP).
On this occasion Chancellor Mr K Satyanarayana while addressing press said during his opening remarks this is first of its kind in India and sensational event ever took place in Indian Academic circles. These foot prints of partnership will pave way to offer employment for all aspiring students. While meeting is being convened at K L U campus to arrive at modalities to promote this program extensively, Dr G L Datta, Vice Chancellor, has focused on implementation of this program in line to current academic proceedings. It is concluded that for immediate recruitment K L U MBA students who are good at accounting will be given priority.

This program gives the students the required exposure to the real-time work experience in the MNC company located at state of the art Hi-tech city (Hyderabad / Vijayawada), which in turn would give them the edge over others while scouting for placement or seeking admission in reputed B-Schools for higher studies across the globe. On completion of the Tax specialization program, the students have the choice to join IBSN or other MNCs or pursue higher studies without any binding.
