Trek to Talakona by Aarohana Club, KLSO

Aarohana club of KLSO [K L Deemed to be University Student Ordinate] has yet another time pulled its ropes on a three day trek to the serene hills of talakona.

This adventurous trip has its very outset on the night of 2nd march, 2012 with 87 students who are exclusively freshmen of KL out of which 27 were girl students.

The trek started when they reached talakona by the next day in the early hours i.e., on 3rd march, 2012. The entire day was filled with enthuse and adventure as trekkers were climbing up mounds while experiencing the beauty of the hamlet. The most striking feature they encountered was a marooned waterfall where almost there was no sign of a human being; though they felt a little hesitated to approach it but later they were delved in its presence and took pleasure in being at one of most wonderful places on this abode.

That night there was camp fire lit and euphoria more brightly lit among the peers who have danced sung and played around the fire making the moments merrily memorable.  Later they have started to tirupathi by 7 A.M in the morning and headed to tirumala through "SRIVARI METLU" which are 3600 steps that lead through the holy seven hills for having a darshan of Kaliyuga deva ?Lord Sri Venkateswara? through which sanctity surrounded them sanely. The trip ended with a valedictory function that came up in MAYURI- A 3-Star Hotel where an assortment of cultural programs entertained the crowd.  Later they reached Vijayawada on 5th morning by 9 A.M.

The entire trip was organized efficiently without any bottle-necks by
