World''s Heart Day Celebrated by Wellness and Welfare Cell
The WHO has recognized 29th September as world?s heart day .On 27th September, our university, in association with OLCHEM LABS celebrated this auspicious day.
On this occasion the wellness and welfare cell (WWC) conducted a free health camp on Heart's Health. For over 300 faculty and staff members benefited from this heart checkup .A series of checkup from B.M.I (body mass index) to blood pressure, blood sugar and also E.C.G reports were drawn during this camp.
Finally all the members who are gone through the various medical tests examined by cardiologist from Poorna heart care center Vijayawada. every individual coming to the camp appreciated the efforts put in by the volunteers. A very major part of the hard work contributed by WWC members DR.K.Manikyeshwar Rao , Y.Rajendra Prasad, assisted by a group of dedicated students.

All around the campus assured hearts awareness was recognized and shall cherish for long.
