On 17 October 2024 KLEF Women Development Cell organized a valuable session on Psychological, Personality Development and Career Counseling specially for girls. Ms. Suma Atluri, SAFE Vice President, Member of the Core Leadership Team? in Telugu Professionals Wing, Andhra Pradesh addressed the students . She mentioned the importance of life skills, emotional support, mental health education, self-awareness and stress management.

KLEF Girl? students participated in the program and were counseled and guided on career advancement. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor Dr.G.Partha Saradhi Varma, Prof.Vice Chancellor Dr.A.V.S. Prasad, Dr.N.Venkat Ram, Dr.K.Rajasekhara Rao, Registrar Dr.K.Subbarao, In-charge Dean of Student Affairs Dr.K.R.S.Prasad. Also - Dr. V. Krishna Reddy, Fed Principal, Dr. Ruth Ramya-Associate Dean Student Affairs-WDC Convener, WDC Co-Convenor Dr. K. Sony, HOD BES Dr. P. N. V. Balasubrahmanyam also participated in the program and felicitated Mrs. Suma Atluri.
