KL Deemed to be University Wins 2nd Prize at National Water Awards 2023, New Delhi.

KL Deemed to be University proudly secured the All India Second Prize in the "Best Institution" category at the 5th National Water Awards 2023, held on October 22, 2024, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The award was received by Hon'ble Dr. G. Pardha Saradhi Varma, Vice Chancellor of K L Deemed to be University, and Dr. V. Rajesh, Dean of Planning and Development, from Shri C. R. Patil, Hon'ble Minister for Jal Shakti, Shri V. Somanna, Hon'ble Minister of State for Jal Shakti & Railways, and Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Hon'ble Minister of State for Jal Shakti. The event was graced by the Hon'ble President of India.

KL was praised for initiatives like rainwater harvesting, dual plumbing, reverse osmosis systems, and efficient water recycling.
