KL Agricultural College Signs MoU with Thailand's Maijo University to Advance AI in Agriculture

**Vijayawada, India -** KL Deemed University Agricultural College has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thailand's School of Renewable Energy, Maijo University, to oster advancements in agriculture through Artificial Intelligence (AI). The agreement was officially announced by KL Vice Chancellor Dr. G. Parthasaradi Varma on Wednesday.

Dr. Varma expressed confidence that the MoU will be instrumental in driving significant changes in the agricultural sector with AI technology. In addition to research collaborations, the partnership will facilitate employee exchanges and joint internships for students.

"The coming years will witness major transformations in agriculture with AI playing a crucial role. Our collaboration with Maijo University will strengthen research in this domain and open new avenues for academic and professional growth," he stated.

Dr. B. Balakrishna, Head of the Department at KL Agricultural College, emphasized that this MoU will provide exceptional opportunities for students, enhancing their prospects for international internships and employment.

The MoU was formally signed by KL Registrar Dr. K. Subbarao and representatives from the School of Renewable Energy, Maijo University. The event was attended by prominent dignitaries including Vice Chancellor Dr. G. Parthasaradi Varma, Pro Vice Chancellors Dr. AVS. Prasad, Dr. N. Venkat Ram, Dr. K. Rajasekhara Rao, Registrar Dr. K. Subbarao, Director of KL Agricultural College Dr. P. Ratnaprasad, and Head of Department Dr. B. Balakrishna, along with other university officials.
