K L Deemed to be University Students Honored for Participation in National Integration Camp.
The K L Deemed to be University management extended heartfelt congratulations on Friday to NSS volunteers P. Nandini (Department of Classical Dance) and K. Sai Chaitanya (Department of Culture and Traditions) for successfully participating in the National Integration Camp held at Sri Y.N. College, Narsapur, West Godavari district.
The 7-day camp, attended by NSS volunteers from ten states across India, aimed to promote national unity and cultural exchange among young participants. KL University In-charge Vice Chancellor, Dr. K. Rajasekhara Rao, highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering leadership skills, cross-cultural understanding, and community service.
Speaking at the event, Dr. M. Kishore Babu, Dean, MHS, International Relations, emphasized the Central Government's vision of engaging youth in learning about diverse cultures, traditions, and art forms from different states. He also underlined the camp's role in instilling social responsibility, with activities linked to national programs like Swachh Bharat.
To honor their achievement, University Pro Vice Chancellors Dr. AVS Prasad and Dr. N. Venkatram, Registrar Dr. K. Subbarao, Dean of Student Welfare Dr. KRS Prasad, NSS Program Coordinator Dr. P. Srikanth Reddy, and Program Officer Dr. V. Jonithin congratulated the selected volunteers.
