Knowledge Transfer Workshop on Cubesat and Satellite Technology
K L Deemed to be University organized a two days national workshop titled 'Knowledge Transfer Workshop on Cubesat and Satellite Technology' sponsored by DST,Govt. of India on 27th & 28th Oct. The workshop was inaugurated by Sir M. Venkata Rao, Former Project Director(Oceansat and Resourcesat), ISRO and Sri M.R Thyagaraj, Former Group Director (Spacecraft Mechanism), ISRO. Mr. Siddhesh Naik, founder of ARKSA Research Labs, Bengaluru conduct one technical session on launching requirements of CubeSat satellites, the effect on cubesat in space, power limitations and new inventions in Cubesat. The workshop was well attended by 53 faculty members and 376 students.
