- Receiving complaints related to ragging from students, faculty, or staff, and ensuring that they are promptly and impartially investigated.
- Providing support, counseling, and assistance to victims of ragging, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and facilitating necessary medical or psychological help.
- Initiating disciplinary proceedings against individuals or groups found guilty of engaging in ragging activities, in accordance with the university's rules and regulations. This may include imposing penalties such as fines, suspension, or expulsion.
